Returns

We want to provide hassle free returns. For items that arrive damaged or if you are simply unhappy with the purchase, please get in touch with us as soon as your can. 

For damaged items please contact us and provide the details so we can organise a replacement free of charge.

For change of mind purchases providing all items are returned undamaged and unused, we will provide refund on the item cost. Return shipping will be at the customer's expense. Refund will be processed on receipt of the returned item.

Payments

We currently accept PayPal and Credit Card as the primary form of payment. If either of these methods aren't possible, please contact us and we can work with you to see what we can do.

We understand the importance of data security and are committed to operating in accordance with the Australia Privacy Act 1988. Personal information will only be stored for the purposes of fulfilling your order and will not be shared with any other parties.
